With recreational soccer you get what you get.... Makai got put on an all girls team with the exception of one other boy. Because of this they got named the Wishing Wind. :) But Kai loves soccer and his coaches and team were great!
Fun Skousen girls luncheon. I am so blessed to have such great sister-in-laws!! :)
Matt gets to a US game whenever he can. This was luckily in Seattle where he works, but I am sure he will seek them out wherever they play.
Makai and Karsten at their cousin Shiloh's bday party. They had a magician . He was great! I think Kai was trying some magic on Karsten. :)
Karsten and his new trick. :)
Matt was gone for a really long trip!! He was in CA for part of the time and took time from his body surfing to write some cute notes in the sand for us.
The US team came to Salt Lake and Mikaela and Matt were very supportive!
We got two parakeets. Karsten was able to hold both of them. They are so cute!! :)
Two of our favorite Elder's from Washington came to visit. So weird to call them by their first names and now have them wearing name tags and suits. :)
Our cute Karsten. We love him!!
We drove through Moore OK on our way to my niece Lauren's wedding. It was so sad to see the distraction of the Tornado!
This picture can't even describe the rain/thunder storm that was going on during the time of the picture. It was insane!!
The beautiful bride - Lauren.
Babysitting cute Mia. It was fun to have a dog around for a while again. :) Karsten picked out Mikaela's shoes. He thought they would look good with her soccer attire for weeding.
My beautiful rose tree.
I had to take a picture of this car. I always call Makai Kai Kai! :)
We got to have Sadie and Kade Sampson over for a sleepover. The boys were so excited!! They love their Sadie!
Best kids a father could ever ask for. And best dad any kid could ask for. It was a good Father's Day! :)
