Spring Break

We went back up to Vancouver for Spring Break.  

We had never been to the Tillamok factory.  It was so yummy!

We love Canon Beach.  Mikaela was in an especially good mood and was posing for the camera very nicely.

Then it started to rain really hard so we took shelter.

But then it stopped - sort of..

Then on to some of our favorite hikes.  We just had the two little boys for the first one.

It took a lot of work to get the family on this rock.

We love to visit our cute adopted Grandma's in Vancouver.  This is our sweet Helen Jane who was our neighbor.  The will be 90 in November.  We got to out to dinner with Pia Nelson also.

Spring Fever......

Saint Patricks Day.  The Leprechaun did not get caught.  He made our house a mess - but left lots of good treats.

Kai is pretty upset we didn't catch him....

So in Kindergarten at Lincoln academy they have a Kindy 500.  It is very cool.  They get to make their own car and go around the gym to different stations learning about America.  Kirsten had so many idea's for a car.  I wanted to keep it somewhat simple because I am not that crafty so we did a duck tape car.  I thought it turned out pretty cool.  I think Karsten did for the most part until he saw all the other cars.....
